Ground-up buildings designed around their site and carried through to the last construction detail.
We start with the plot, not the plan. How the sun crosses it, where the wind comes from, what the ground will bear. From there the building takes shape: massing that reads as one intention, a facade that ages well, a section that holds daylight where you live and keeps the heat out. We design for comfort you feel before any machine is switched on, and reach for engineering only where it earns its place.
The same studio that draws the concept sees it built. We prepare the statutory set, coordinate the structural and services consultants, and hold the detail on site so the finished building matches the one that was promised.

When should we bring you in?
As early as site selection, and certainly before drawings begin. Orientation, massing and where the building sits on the plot cost nothing to change on paper and everything to change in concrete.
Do you handle approvals and structural coordination?
Yes. We prepare the statutory and RERA drawing set and coordinate the structural and services consultants so the design that leaves the studio is one that can actually be built.
Can you work with a contractor we appoint?
Yes. We can supervise a builder of your choosing through to handover, or carry the project as a single accountable team from first sketch to keys.
What kinds of projects do you take?
Residential, hospitality and industrial commissions. The scale varies. The approach, site first and detail led, does not.
